With over 20 years of experience across medical device sales, leadership, and healthcare innovation, Paul has worked at the intersection of performance and human connection—where the best sales professionals don’t just close deals, they build trust.

He is the creator of the LOVE Sales Framework™, a practical system designed to help individuals and teams move from pressure-driven selling to authentic, relationship-based conversations that lead to long-term success.
